Participation and regalia
Regalia is required by all faculty and administrators who wish to participate in Commencement or individual school ceremonies, even if you own regalia. Please RVSP and let us know by April 11, 2025.
If you wish to purchase regalia, please contact Rick Parker at the Danforth Campus bookstore.
Assembly points
Faculty members will assemble on the elevated track inside Sumers Gym (entry-level) no later than 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the university-wide Commencement. The procession begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Platform party members will assemble in the BSBA Undergraduate Student Lounge, inside Simon Hall, room 120.
Regalia pick up and returns
Regalia will be available for pick-up in the lower level course book area of Mallinckrodt Center from Wednesday, May 7, through Monday, May 12.

Regalia will be available for pick-up at the Mid Campus Center (MCC), room 1404, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting on Wednesday, May 7.
