You’re invited to the Class of 2026 Celebration on Wednesday, April 22, 2026, from 6:00–8:30 p.m. at Ballpark Village! Join your fellow classmates for food, drinks, entertainment, and a short program celebrating your accomplishments.
This event is exclusively for all graduating students of the Class of 2026. Registration is required for this event; limited spots are available.
Registration: Registration is required. You must click CONFIRM to complete your registration. A confirmation email will be sent to your WashU email after registering.
Transportation: Students are required to take the provided shuttles from Danforth Campus or the Medical Campus to Ballpark Village. Return transportation from Ballpark Village will be provided at the conclusion of the event.
Check-in & Boarding Shuttles: Check-in opens at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at the Music Lot on Danforth Campus and Olin Circle Drive on the Medical Campus. Please bring your confirmation email, WashU student ID, and a valid government issued ID to check in. Photos of identification will not be accepted.
- Danforth Campus: Check-in for shuttles opens at 5:15 p.m. at the Music Department Parking Lot (6510 Wallace Drive, St. Louis, MO 63105; Located at the corner of Wallace Drive and Forsyth Blvd)
- Medical Campus: Check-in for shuttles opens at 5:15 p.m. at Olin Circle Drive (4565 McKinley Ave, St. Louis, MO 63110; Located off McKinley Ave behind the Shell Cafe)
Disclaimer: Your registration is non-transferable, and guests are not permitted. To attend, you are required to take the provided shuttles. Students are expected to remain at Ballpark Village for the duration of the event, and the university is not responsible for those who leave the reserved venue or miss the return shuttles.
