We are thrilled to invite you to the Class of 2025 Celebration! Join us for food and beverages, entertainment, and a short program celebrating your accomplishments in a fun off-site setting! The celebration will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, from 5:00 – 7:30 p.m. at Bally Sports Live! in Ballpark Village.
Shuttle transportation will be provided to Ballpark Village from Danforth Campus and the Medical Campus. Shuttle transportation is required for students. Danforth Campus shuttles will depart from the Alumni House starting at 4:30 p.m. and from the Medical Campus Olin Circle Drive starting at 4:30 p.m.
Graduates will need to show their WashU student ID and registration confirmation email upon check-in to receive an admission ticket. Admission tickets are required for entry onto the shuttle buses and into the event at Ballpark Village. Students should also bring a valid, government-issued ID with them to the event venue. Security will be checking IDs upon entry.
This event is free to graduating members of the Class of 2025. Registration is required for this event and limited spots are available. The deadline to register is April 15th at 3:00 PM CST or until event capacity is reached.
Your registration is non-transferable, and no guests are permitted. To attend, you MUST take the provided shuttles. You will not be permitted to enter the venue if you drive separately.
Transportation details
Shuttles will depart from the Alumni House parking lot on the Danforth Campus and from Olin Circle on the Medical Campus starting at 4:30 p.m. Check in registration will close at both locations at 5:30 p.m. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop back to Danforth and the Medical Campus from 7:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. On-campus parking will be available in the DUC parking garage on Danforth Campus and the Clayton-Taylor garage on the Medical Campus. For the safety of all students, students are required to use the provided shuttle transportation to the event.
The last shuttles back to campus will depart Bally Sports Live! at Ballpark Village at 8:00 p.m. Students are expected to remain at Bally Sports Live! at Ballpark Village for the duration of the event. The university is not responsible for those who leave the reserved venue or miss the return shuttles to campus.
Check-In details
Students must register for this event. Register through the link above. Students must show their registration confirmation email and their WashU student ID at check-in. An admission ticket will be provided at check-in. An admission ticket will be required to board the shuttles provided to the venue and to enter Bally Sports Live! at Ballpark Village. Students must also bring a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license. Security will check government-issued photo IDs at Bally Sports Live! at Ballpark Village.
