Participation and regalia
Regalia is required by all faculty and administrators who wish to participate in Commencement or individual school ceremonies, even if you own regalia. Please RVSP and let us know by April 1, 2026. An email will go out in early March for RSVPs.
If you wish to purchase regalia, please contact Rick Parker at the Danforth Campus bookstore.
Assembly points
Faculty members will assemble on the elevated track inside Sumers Gym (entry-level) no later than 8:30 a.m. on the morning of the university-wide Commencement. The procession begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Platform party members will assemble in the BSBA Undergraduate Student Lounge, inside Simon Hall, room 120.
Regalia pick up and returns
Regalia will be available for pick-up in the lower-level course book area of the Mallinckrodt Center during the times listed below.

Regalia must be returned by Friday, May 22.
Regalia will be available for pick-up at the Mid Campus Center (MCC), room 1404, during the times listed below.
